Using WattHand.
Product-level summary. Binding worker terms and employer / placement terms are pending legal review before launch; this page will be replaced by them.
Workers use WattHand for free and own their Workforce Passport. Information provided must be accurate; credentials are verified with issuers.
Employers may post jobs, browse and message for free. Workers met through WattHand are recorded as introductions. Hiring an introduced worker within the introduction protection period is subject to the placement fee shown in the employer dashboard, with a replacement guarantee as described there.
Conduct. Keep hiring conversations on WattHand until the appropriate stage. Attempts to bypass the platform to avoid placement fees breach these terms.
